Terrible deposit turnaround time
I was looking for a very reputable online casino and after researching, selected your casino, created a id/PW and was really excited to start playing. Games great, and lots of variety; however my excitement quickly dissipated when I submitted my withdrawal request. The website displays 48-72 hours upon verification of documentation, security and staff communicated 1-7 business days, still no deposit and my documentation was validated on Feb 18th. In addition, all anyone has to say is that their third-party provider is experiencing delays. The fact that their provider is experiencing delays isn’t my fault; however I’m the one being inconvenienced. Then to add insult to injury no one is interested in trying to make this right. I'll be finding another on-line gaming site. Considering the competition with on-line gaming I’m shocked at the absence of customer .
